Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Managing and developing relationships within an assigned customer base, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will respond to inbound inquiries, conduct targeted outbound outreach, process orders, and provide product guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make 15-30 outbound calls daily to develop new business and enhance customer relationships
- Process customer requests for pricing, information, and orders, while resolving any related issues
- Provide customers with product information and promote upselling of products and services
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of prior call center experience in a related field
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
