Job Summary
Compassionate and results-driven, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll clients into debt relief programs, document client interactions using Salesforce, and complete IAPDA certification while working remotely with variable schedules that may include evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs or recommended options
- Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
- Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team and adhere to company policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous remote work experience highly preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Proven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace
