Generating incremental highly profitable revenue, the full-time Inside Sales Representative II will utilize a consultative selling approach to sell WM services to small and medium business customers remotely, focusing on web leads and digital channels while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to generate shareholder value from larger SMB customers
  • Act upon sales opportunities from various sources and manage sales and retention efforts for new customers during their initial 90 days
  • Conduct pre-sales activities to understand customer needs and prepare effective sales strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Environmental/Science fields
  • Three years of business-to-business acquisition experience at a proficient level
