Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for their Health Coach (HCI) Course.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the Health Coach (HCI) course by engaging with prospective students through calls
• Make over 150 calls daily to warm leads, utilizing discovery questions and rapport-building techniques
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume inside sales experience
• Prior CRM experience
• Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in sales
• Personal passion for fitness and a desire to help others
• Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
