Supporting a commitment to world-class service, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will efficiently handle customer orders and quotes in a fully remote capacity, while maintaining a thorough understanding of customer needs and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and escalate non-routine issues to department leadership
• Maintain positive customer relationships and continuously grow product knowledge to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a professional business environment
• Intermediate to expert level skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, or processes
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining customer relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
