Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist - Web Hosting.

Key Responsibilities

Assess the needs of warm leads through phone, email, and live chats to identify appropriate sales opportunities
Build a sales pipeline through regular follow-ups with potential customers
Input and track leads in an established CRM system and assist clients with onboarding

Required Qualifications

Experience in a technical sales role, preferably in a high-volume environment
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Desire to provide excellent customer service
Ability to analyze business needs related to products
Personal or professional experience with web hosting and/or web design services is a plus
