A company is looking for an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Philippines-based).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential patients through outbound calls, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process
• Understand and respond to patient needs, providing tailored solutions and managing referrals
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of medical supplies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound or consultative sales and patient-facing healthcare roles
• Experience in a healthcare or DME setting, with knowledge of medical referrals and provider coordination
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and ticketing systems
