Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage high volume inbound/outbound calls and document interactions in CRM
Generate resupply orders and meet sales and conversion targets
Obtain and verify patient information for accurate order processing

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
One year of work-related experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
