Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support Business Development and Key Account teams by managing inbound leads and guiding clients through the reservation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries, assessing client housing needs and recommending suitable options
- Accurately enter and maintain client data and reservations in Salesforce and internal systems
- Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation and coordinate reservation details
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
