Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support Business Development and Key Account teams by managing inbound leads and guiding clients through the reservation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries, assessing client housing needs and recommending suitable options
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data and reservations in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Prepare, review, and manage lease documentation and coordinate reservation details
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
