Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to maintain customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle
- Execute retention-focused sales activities, including renewals and upselling, to achieve sales objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and improve engagement processes
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of B2B inside or field sales experience
- Experience in customer retention, account management, or solution-based selling is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems
- Formal sales training or certification in a recognized sales methodology is advantageous
