Job Summary
Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound leads, guide clients through the reservation process, and maintain accurate data across systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries, assessing client housing needs and recommending suitable options
- Accurately enter and maintain client data and manage lease documentation and reservation details
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance processes and client experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and property management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
