Job Summary

Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound leads, guide clients through the reservation process, and maintain accurate data across systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and online inquiries, assessing client housing needs and recommending suitable options
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data and manage lease documentation and reservation details
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance processes and client experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or related industries
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and property management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
