Job Summary
Proactively reaching out to potential customers, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will manage lead generation, respond to inquiries, and close sales deals remotely while collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on Replacement Components strategies to achieve annual sales growth targets of 15%
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries regarding products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of sales and/or product marketing experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
