Job Summary
Providing inside sales support for the Products & Services department, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will manage telemarketing efforts, complete outbound campaigns, and meet revenue targets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing to sell products and services, completing outbound phone and email campaigns
- Generate leads and secure new customers while meeting established sales targets
- Maintain accurate documentation in business systems and ensure excellent customer service satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in phone sales and cross-selling products
- 2 years of experience in Transportation, Exhibition, or Trade Show sales is a plus
- Ability to learn and verbally describe product lines without industry jargon
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for a first-class customer service experience
