Job Summary
Proactively managing small Preventative Maintenance Agreement opportunities, the full-time Inside Service Sales Specialist will engage in prospecting, execute targeted campaigns, and oversee the sales cycle from lead to close, working in a hybrid model from Richmond, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify small Preventative Maintenance Agreement opportunities using various communication channels
- Manage the full sales cycle for small Preventative Maintenance Agreements, including presenting quotes and facilitating contract order entry
- Document all activities in CRM and collaborate with the Contracts team to ensure timely and accurate quoting
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in technical or industrial sectors
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365, with Salesforce preferred
- Strong sales prospecting, qualification, and transactional closing capabilities
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with self-motivation and coachability
