Job Summary
Proactively managing assigned accounts and cultivating new business opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will drive market penetration and sales growth remotely, focusing on the Northeast territory and engaging clients in the municipal water and wastewater sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a sales territory with achievable growth targets
- Identify and close sales opportunities through phone engagement and funnel management techniques
- Maintain data integrity in NetSuite CRM and participate in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the municipal sector
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically NetSuite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starter mentality
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cross-selling and up-selling
