Job Summary
Detail-oriented and results-driven, the full-time Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify new clinical trial opportunities, manage an early-stage opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, and support B2B marketing initiatives within a collaborative team focused on Psychiatry and Alzheimer's Disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new clinical trial opportunities through pipeline research and stakeholder outreach
- Maintain an accurate early-stage opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring seamless continuity across the Business Development team
- Support B2B marketing initiatives by developing materials and building targeted contact databases
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in clinical research, ideally within a Sales or Marketing environment
- Solid understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem and the roles of sponsor and CRO stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CTMS or other project tracking tools is preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple studies in a fast-paced setting
