Job Summary
Dedicated to growing the Salon channel, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist will aggressively drive new business acquisition and expand market presence within the salon and professional hair industry through high-volume outreach conducted remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outreach by actively prospecting, cold calling, and pitching potential new salon accounts to build a robust sales pipeline
- Drive account acquisition by owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly new account opening quotas
- Pitch and educate salon owners and decision-makers on Nutrafol's product portfolio and benefits, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Account Management team post-signing
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant sales experience
- 2-4 years of proven success in an Inside Sales, B2B outbound sales, or business development role with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Preferred experience in the beauty, salon, luxury retail, or wellness industry selling to professionals or business owners
- Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills over the phone and video
- Highly organized and self-motivated, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-activity digital sales environment
