Job Summary
Focusing on government healthcare procurement, the full-time Inside Sales Specialist - Government Healthcare will develop relationships with federal, state, and local health agencies, manage the virtual sales cycle from discovery to contract closure, and drive new business while navigating government procurement regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify government healthcare prospects and execute outbound prospecting to build a strong pipeline
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand agency pain points and present tailored solutions to stakeholders
- Manage government procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and tracking opportunities in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or government sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles with complex buying processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM for data-driven sales management
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional sales experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work remotely
