Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Small & Medium Business Direct Sales - Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of inbound telesales representatives to achieve sales quotas
• Ensure CRM software is accurately maintained and provide coaching to enhance customer service and sales performance
• Conduct team meetings and handle escalated customer calls to ensure satisfaction and effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in sales team development and leadership
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
• Independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
