Key Responsibilities
  • Set sales goals, provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive team culture
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales professionals while actively selling alongside the team
  • Monitor team performance metrics and conduct daily check-ins to support team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Management experience within the Payments industry
  • 3+ years of Payments Sales experience in a self-prospecting role
