Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Area Inside Sales Team to enhance performance and drive results
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Executive channel on customer outreach and pipeline development
• Set performance expectations and ensure accountability for sales activities and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
• Two years of direct business-to-business sales experience
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
• Must live and work in the U.S
