Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and manage inside sales representatives while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement procedures to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage order placements, pricing, and scheduling
• Supervise a team of 4+ associates, including budgeting and performance management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in building materials supply and sales support
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a customer-oriented environment
• Hands-on experience in the building supply, construction, or distribution industry
