Job Summary
Leading a dynamic inside sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Supervisor will drive sales performance and enhance customer experience by guiding prospective patients through the onboarding process for the Omnipod system while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Insulet's products to prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls
- Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer inquiries and issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Ability to work Central Business Hours
- Proven sales results and strong business acumen
- Experience with Salesforce system preferred
