Job Summary
Supervising a team of inside sales representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Supervisor will coach employees, monitor daily operations, and ensure alignment with company goals while working onsite in Issaquah, WA.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach team members to meet job requirements and performance goals
- Monitor team productivity, service levels, and attendance while addressing any issues that arise
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to guide departmental direction and implement improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in account management or supervising sales teams
- Ability to independently determine methods and procedures for team assignments
- Demonstrated high level of business acumen and team collaboration skills
- Experience in evaluating and improving sales policies and procedures
