Job Summary

Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time Inside Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales administration process for the Gas Services business, collaborating with various departments to enhance performance and customer satisfaction in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to improve individual performance and customer service
• Evaluate and train new employees while periodically reviewing the progress of subordinates
• Resolve customer order issues and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency
