Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Initiate sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and inbound calls
Manage price requests and maintain customer information in CRM software

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred
