Inside Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative to provide essential support for Inside Sales Representatives working with domestic customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into Salesforce, including order placement and delivery verification
• Assist Inside Sales Representatives in troubleshooting customer inquiries and promoting additional sales
• Perform various data entry functions and provide support to team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office and MS Excel
• Data entry and customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a team atmosphere
