Inside Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

To support B2B sales initiatives, the full-time Inside Sales Support Representative will manage client relationships and assist with order processing in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with business clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assist in processing orders and providing product information to clients
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service roles
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus
