Job Summary

Supporting the Plumbing & Electrical division, the full-time Inside Sales Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction
• Process orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining records
• Provide detailed product information and support to customers and sales teams

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service roles
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical products and services
• Proficiency in using sales software and order management systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
