Inside Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

Supporting B2B sales efforts, the full-time Inside Sales Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, assist with order processing, and provide product information in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to support sales initiatives
• Assist with order processing and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer requests
• Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their purchasing decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or customer support roles
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts
• Familiarity with home improvement products is a plus
