Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead to lead and develop a team of Agency Success Associates in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to enhance performance and capabilities
• Implement sales strategies and refine processes to increase agent engagement and policy production
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agency partners to strengthen partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing others
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly property and casualty insurance
• Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
