Required Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 7 years of relevant experience in sales or team leadership
• Experience in managing virtual sales teams
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and agent engagement
