Inside Sales Vehicle Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Vehicle Account Manager to join their Used Vehicle Sales division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on marketing qualified leads and self-generated leads to maximize retail sales
• Enhance customer experience to establish repeat buyers and increase speed to market
• Collaborate with the Wholesale Manager and other teams to optimize inventory and maximize ancillary product revenue

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three (3) years or more of sales-related experience required
• General knowledge and prior usage of CRM systems preferred
• Post-secondary education preferred with emphasis on marketing and sales
