Inside Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support and service with a sense of urgency
• Develop and maintain customer relationships while accurately recording all activities
• Engage and influence key discussions with staff in a remote environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university preferred
• 1-3 years of B to B or pharma inside sales experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• High work ethic, reliable, and punctual
