Job Summary

Supporting the Sauna360 Technical Support team, the full-time Inside Service Technician will diagnose and resolve technical issues for sauna and steam products, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming technical inquiries from customers and dealers, providing accurate and prompt support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues down to the board level across various sauna and steam products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share technical insights and assist with troubleshooting questions
Required qualifications
  • Electrical background or training with experience in high and low voltage systems
  • Technical degree in electrical or electromechanical studies or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in repairing, installing, or supporting electrical equipment
  • Previous customer technical support experience, preferably in a phone-based environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
