Inside Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Solutions Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations
• Support lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems
• Articulate the business value of solutions to prospects and customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications and infrastructure
• Good understanding of common operating systems and network topologies
• Familiarity with foundational security concepts and practices
• Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certifications
• Strong collaboration skills in a team-selling environment
