Inside Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Solutions Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and demonstrations
• Lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage proof of concepts (POCs)

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, and desktops
• Good knowledge of common operating systems and network topologies
• Familiarity with security concepts and the ability to assess technical requirements
• Ability to thrive in a team selling environment and deliver presentations to various audiences
• Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification is required
