Job Summary
As a full-time Inside Vehicle Sales Representative working remotely, the candidate will manage the sales process from start to finish, support customers through their buying experience, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Enhance the customer experience by gathering information and building relationships through proactive communication
- Support the Inside Vehicle Sales Manager by streamlining sales activities and improving processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year or more of sales or administrative support experience required
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
- Customer service experience in any industry considered
- Comfortable with basic computer skills, including Excel and collaborative tools
