Job Summary
As a full-time Inside Vehicle Sales Representative working remotely, the candidate will manage the sales process from start to finish, support customers throughout their buying experience, and ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including titling, licensing, and compliance documentation
- Enhance customer experience by gathering information and maintaining proactive communication
- Support sales and marketing efforts by structuring ancillary products to meet customer needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year or more of experience in sales or administrative support
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and collaborative tools
