Insider Risk Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insider Risk Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for the insider risk program and lead threat hunting initiatives
• Monitor and analyze employee activities and security systems to identify suspicious behavior
• Conduct technical investigations and prepare formal incident reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, Master's Degree with 7 years, or PhD with 3 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years in Information Security or Information Risk Management
• Experience in triaging insider risk and data loss prevention alerts
• Proficiency with insider risk tools and technical investigations
• Ability to normalize and correlate data sources, and develop detection mechanisms
