Insider Threat Analyst

Job Summary

Joining the Insider Threat team, the full-time Insider Threat Analyst will detect, investigate, and mitigate insider threats by triaging alerts, conducting investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute alert triage and analysis across insider threat detection systems, prioritizing findings for investigation
• Support end-to-end investigations, including evidence collection and stakeholder coordination, while delivering clear documentation of findings
• Partner with Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to design processes that identify and mitigate insider risks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insider threat, security operations, or a closely related discipline with hands-on use of relevant technologies
• Demonstrated experience conducting investigations involving sensitive employee matters
• Proven ability to translate complex security problems into actionable recommendations
• Working knowledge of the insider threat landscape, including legal and regulatory considerations
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
