Insider Threat Insights Expert

Job Summary

To advance the insider threat program, the fully remote Insider Threat Insights Expert will develop risk models, establish governance frameworks, and enhance oversight of insider threat detection and investigation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain insider threat risk models, scoring methodologies, and risk indicators for identifying and prioritizing insider risks
• Partner with second-line risk, compliance, privacy, legal, and cybersecurity functions to align insider threat activities with enterprise risk management frameworks
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of investigations to ensure consistency, defensibility, and adherence to investigative standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat, cybersecurity, fraud, investigations, compliance, or risk management
• Experience developing risk models and analytical frameworks for risk identification and prioritization
• Experience supporting governance, quality assurance, or operational oversight functions in a risk-focused environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal teams
• Exposure to insider threat, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk management programs preferred
