Insider Threat Program Analyst

A company is looking for an Insider Threat Program Analyst responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with insider threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets and monitor, triage, and escalate findings from detection tools
• Conduct inquiries and investigations into suspicious activities, collaborating with legal and HR departments
• Develop and implement strategies for timely detection and response to insider threats

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Insider Threat programs and security threat monitoring
• Experience in information security, law enforcement, or insider threat analysis and investigations
• Strong understanding of insider threat best practices and current threat landscape
• Knowledge of insider threat-related technologies, including DLP and UEBA tools
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
