Insights Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recovery team, the full-time Insights Analyst will manage data collection, analysis, and insights generation while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with leadership to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding junior analysts and develop training materials
• Gather and validate data from various sources to identify trends and insights
• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze datasets and provide actionable recommendations for business stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is preferred
• Certifications in relevant areas such as data analysis or business intelligence are a plus
