Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of high-impact insights for EMEA HQ clients, the full-time hybrid Insights Analyst will manage data preparation, analysis, and insight development while collaborating with senior team members to ensure execution excellence across multi-country projects.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and structure multi-country datasets while ensuring data quality and reliability
• Identify key trends and contribute to the development of structured insights and executive materials
• Support the execution of multi-market projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment of outputs across countries

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in analytics, insights, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with familiarity in BI tools preferred
• Fluent business English is required; additional European language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of Circana Unify and interest in AI and automation tools are strongly valued
• Ability to structure information clearly and a strong attention to detail
