Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the CVS business, the full-time Insights Analyst will deliver accurate reporting, integrated insights, and structured data-driven storytelling to enhance sales strategy and category planning while working closely with the CVS sales team in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute CVS reporting, managing weekly and monthly performance analytics, item trackers, and promotional scorecards
- Utilize CVS CMG data and integrate it with other data sources to identify performance trends and opportunities
- Develop and improve standardized reporting templates and dashboards to enhance efficiency and clarity in data presentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Category Management, or CPG analytics
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data, customer data, and retailer POS systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and detail
