Insights & Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Based in Franklin, TN with regular in-office collaboration, the full-time Insights & Analytics Manager will focus on translating market signals into demand-generating actions, providing proactive analysis to drive business objectives, and building reporting dashboards to support the dynamic Pet Food Category.

Key responsibilities

• Track shipments against forecasts and plans to identify gaps and opportunities for growth
• Evaluate business performance across total, segment, brand, SKU, and customer levels to support sustainable growth
• Build and automate reporting dashboards to enhance insights and drive actionable decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CPG, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing Services
• Experience in reporting/analytics and account management preferred
• Understanding of industry and trade channels preferred
