Insights and Foresight Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting PMI's research agenda, the full-time Insights and Foresight Specialist will conduct hands-on insights research and business analysis focused on artificial intelligence and the future of work, ensuring that thought leadership is evidence-led and aligned with business priorities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform thought leadership and business analysis
- Analyze macroeconomic, industry, and technology developments to support strategic recommendations
- Translate research findings into executive-facing insights and narratives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred in relevant fields
- 3-6 years of experience in research, insights, analytics, or related roles
- Experience with AI trends, technology disruption, and the future of work
- Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic insights
