Insights Director

Job Summary

Working remotely on a freelance contract basis, the Insights Director will lead the development of insights and storytelling while managing data analysis and reporting phases for various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the development of insights and storytelling while completing data analysis and reporting for projects
• Collaborate closely with Escalent staff across various roles to deliver high-quality project solutions
• Utilize a variety of research methods and tools, applying existing expertise to enhance project engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the industry or sector
• Highly skilled in analytics and research methodology, including survey design
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, with expertise in reporting and client communications
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining professionalism and collaboration
