Insights & Foresight Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting PMI's research agenda, the full-time remote Insights & Foresight Specialist will conduct hands-on insights research and business analysis focused on artificial intelligence and the future of work, ensuring thought leadership is evidence-led and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform thought leadership and business analysis
• Analyze macroeconomic, industry, and technology trends to connect insights with PMI's strategic priorities
• Translate research findings into executive-facing insights and strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in relevant fields such as economics or business
• 3-6 years of experience in research, analytics, or related roles
• Experience with AI trends, technology disruption, or the future of work
• Proven ability to lead independent research initiatives and synthesize complex information
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
